Your satisfaction is our primary concern at BabyChecklist.com. We will gladly accept any returns on new merchandise 30 days from the date you receive your order as long as you follow our return guidelines. You will receive a full refund minus our cost of shipping.

Any products that have been personalized cannot be returned. Our return policy for other situations, such as shipping damage and the rare defective item is explained below.

Shipping Damage:
Please inspect your package when you receive it from the shipper. If you notice any damage from shipping, please call us at 1.866.271.KIDS to report the damage and DO NOT use the product. You must contact us within 5 business days. Make sure that you keep all packaging (boxes, shipping labels, packing material, etc...), as the shipper will come to inspect the package. Shipment Refusals
If you order an item, it is shipped out, and you refuse the shipment, BabyChecklist.com will refund you for the product cost less any applicable shipping charges to ship your order to and from.

Return Guidelines:

  1. Return Authorization (RMA) numbers are issued by our Customer Service department. Please fill out the RMA Request Form , accurately filling in all required information for all returned items. To begin, check the "I have read and understand the return policy" box below and then click "Begin RMA Process"
  2. Refunds will be issued when products have passed inspection at our location. Products will not be accepted without a RMA number. If merchandise is returned without a RMA number, you will be responsible for all associated costs. RMA number must be marked clearly outside the packaging. WE CANNOT ACCEPT RETURN PACKAGES WITHOUT THE RMA NUMBER CLEARLY MARKED ON THE SHIPPING LABEL. DO NOT PUT THE RMA NUMBER ON THE BOX/PACKAGE ITSELF.
  3. All returns must still be in brand new condition and have all the original packaging and original contents included. UPC bar codes and tags must still be intact and attached for all returns.
  4. Unopened items can be returned without a restocking fee. The only charge will be the shipping cost we incurred to ship the item to you.

Open box or Clearance Items:
Refurbished and next to new items can be returned within 15 days from the date you receive the merchandise and are subject to all of the policies listed above plus a 10% restocking fee. If an item has been used, and cannot be sold as new, Baby Checklist has the right to refuse return of said merchandise at its sole discretion. 

Defective Items:
Defective products are rare and can be exchanged for the same new product or returned within 30 days of receiving your order. After this period of time, the exchange will have to be done by the manufacturer under the warranty. Note that all returned products that are claimed defective are tested by our technicians. If they are found not to be defective, a restocking fee of 10% will be applied. If a problem occurs after 30 days, please note that every third party product you buy from BabyChecklist.com is backed by the product manufacturer's warranty.
